Outbound overview
The Outbound overview shows a facility’s outbound work today in one place: the orders still to ship, the order lines that could not get stock, the waves being picked, and what was picked, packed and shipped. Open it from Overview at the top of Outbound in the sidebar.
Before you start
Section titled “Before you start”- The overview comes with the Outbound feature, on the Pro plan and above. On a plan without it, Outbound is hidden from the sidebar and the page reads “Your plan doesn’t include Outbound”.
- You need
outbound.orders.readoroutbound.orders.manage, which every standard role holds. - The figures are per facility: the page shows the facility chosen in Current facility at the top of the page.
What it shows
Section titled “What it shows”Today is the facility’s own day, from midnight to midnight in its time zone, whatever the time zone of your computer. The date and time zone are shown under Today at and the facility’s name.

Each tile except Open pick tasks links to the list behind it:
- View orders opens every order; View packed orders and View shipped orders open the orders list filtered to that status. The list shows orders in that status now, which can include orders packed or shipped before today.
- View allocation exceptions opens the allocation exceptions.
- View released waves opens the waves list filtered to Released.
The figures are read again every 30 seconds, and Updated shows when they last were. Refresh reads them at once. If they can’t be read, the tiles say so, with Try again. The dashboard shows the waves and pick task figures too, beside the rest of the facility’s day.
