Help with setup
Most organisations set jtWMS up themselves: the setup wizard walks you from a new account to a warehouse ready to work, and Importing data loads what you already have from spreadsheets. If you’d rather not do it alone, our onboarding team can set your warehouse up with you.
What the onboarding team can do
Section titled “What the onboarding team can do”- Plan your layout: areas, aisles, bins and their codes, and the zones your teams work by.
- Load your data: locations, products and starting stock from the files you have today, checked before anything is saved.
- Get your team going: roles that fit how your warehouse works, and the first days on the worker app.
- Connect your systems: API keys and webhooks for your ERP, shop or carriers.
How to ask
Section titled “How to ask”The Get help with setup link, on the dashboard’s setup checklist and at the end of the setup wizard, opens the way to reach the team that your organisation’s jtWMS is set up with. If it opens this page, ask your jtWMS administrator or account contact.
Try it first
Section titled “Try it first”A sandbox with sample data lets you see a working warehouse before you set up your own, with nothing at stake.
